Mortgage lenders and brokers, sales finance companies, consumer discount companies, check cashers, debt management and money transmitters hold a license from the Department of Banking and Securities.

Status

Current licensee. Individual mortgage originators are left out. The file has no license number: the record ID is made by this site from the name, license type and address.

What is not here

Individuals, and any name without a company word (Inc, LLC, Corp, Co…). Owner and contact names, phone numbers and mailing addresses, which this site never downloads.
